Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the property, season and rate, and are stated plainly in your booking confirmation before you commit to anything.

As a rule we'd rather move your dates than take a fee — if plans change, talk to us as early as you can and we'll find the fair outcome.

Weather

Ferry and speedboat transfers cancelled by weather are rebooked at no charge.
